- At least Senior High School or College level to College Graduate
- One (1) year of actual field work preferably field sales experience
- With good moral character and work attitude
- Possesses the following skills;
- Driving
- People Relations / Direct Retail Selling
- Basic mathematical operations
- Driver License Restriction
- Company Motorcycle: Must have a professional driver’s license (Res. Code A, B2)
- Own Motorcycle: Non-professional driver’s license is allowed (Res. Code A, B2)
- Competencies: Trainable, Self-Motivated, Entrepreneurial Mindset
